Move all Paths to Parameters.py

Remove use of commands like opjh and opjd and move path specifications to the Parameters.py file.

I believe there may be still some references to opjh and opjd.

Just checked. Apparently there's no more references within the actual training code, but Segment_Data.py makes heavy use of it
