[BUG] Documentation script missing new entries #10

Describe the bug
- Documentation script missing new entries, even on manual run.
- Documentation update check not passed.
Expected Behavior
- Excel rows must be added to the markdown table.
- Documentation update check should be passed.
Potential solution
- Remove check and force generate table every time.
