How to setup the major version, minor version, build version of shared

I want to create libfizz.so.1.2.3 shared library, I searched the b2 documentation, but can not find the answer.

lib fizz : fizz.cpp ;

This will create libfizz.so, but I do not know how to create libfizz.so.1.2.3 with jamfile, then I need to let jamfile make link libfizz.so.1.2, libfizz.so.1, and libfizz.so to libfizz.so.1.2.3

You would need to use the tag feature (https://www.bfgroup.xyz/b2/manual/release/index.html#bbv2.builtin.features.tag) on the lib target to customize the name to whatever you need. There's a version feature (https://www.bfgroup.xyz/b2/manual/release/index.html#bbv2.builtin.features.version) as a convenient place for what you tag with. your case might look like this:

    local v = [ $(property-set).get <version> ] ;
    local r = [ common.format-name <base> : $(name) : $(type) : $(property-set) ] ;

You can also see how a tag rule from the way Boost does it (https://github.com/boostorg/boost/blob/master/boostcpp.jam#L186) and (https://github.com/boostorg/boost/blob/master/boostcpp.jam#L222). Note the comment in the tagrule about the idiosyncrasies of appending version numbers for different platforms.
