[FEATURE] - Possibility to filter devices by tags using AND

In the device filter, multiple selected tags are combined using OR. This makes it hard to narrow down results when searching devices that share multiple tags (e.g. store + role)

Describe the solution you'd like
Add an option, like a checkbox or toggle, in the device search to combine selected tags using AND instead of OR.

Additional context
Example:
Tags store1 + pos.
Current: Shows devices with store1 or pos tags.
Expected: Show only devices that share the tags store1 and pos.

I'll want to make it so the and/or selection of tags can be combined with device groups/etc.
