I think manifest v2 will be not support in chrome so i try migrate to v3 but is not working, how can i migration to manifest v3

issues when migrating to Manifest V3
I try change manifest json file and webpack.config.js
build success but something wrongs and i can open my extension force from feat/mv3-master-merged
