Fast typing shifted to non shifted characters after OSL shifts both characters

How to reproduce:
hold symbol OSL -> (quickly after hold) tap shifted symbol followed by a non shifted symbol

Current Output -> the second inputted symbol, which is a non shifted symbol, is shifted
Desired Output -> the second inputted symbol should not be shifted.

Additional notes:
If symbols are not pressed immediately after pressing OSL the second symbol is outputted correctly;
This is not a layout-specific bug, it will happen in any other layout using the current config;
I am not sure whether changing the configuration is enough to solve the problem without creating a new one.

In process_record_user method, clearing shift when detecting non shifted key does not solve the issue.

using override does not solve the problem.
using PEQL to solve the problem in that key only won't work on windows.
