Implement a default keybindings file?

So all the commands are there and we can edit on our user keybindings

Did you notice that you can copy the keybindings from the repository into your settings? For example, check out Default (OSX).sublime-keymap. That one seems to have a slight error with the cmd versus super key but basically works.
