.asc files missing for most 1.4.4 binary releases

At https://github.com/borgbackup/borg/releases there don't seem to be the .asc files except for borgbackup-1.4.4.tar.gz.asc

I am sorry but I don't know where I would find 00_README.txt. I read Verifying Signed Releases.

Right there where you downloaded the release files.

TL;DR: stuff built on github is not signed by me. You can verify the github provenance though.
