how to setup jira github service?

Hello Now I try to using this project.

but it's not working, so I think I missed something.

1. build project
   mvn package ==> war file created
2. tomcat with war file
3. modify context.xml file ==> my configurationPath set
4. change configuration jira / github enrterprise...
5. start tomcat
6. add issue in github enterprise or jira
   ==> but notthing happen

@hgword I guess you need to get the webhooks hooked up to the app, I'm not sure though.

@broach the tool looks fantastic, as far as I see from the README.md. Would you mind sharing few sentences how to configure the webhooks, what are the endpoints in the app?

If you would do so I will create a short tutorial how to set it up on Amazon beanstalk and as well add the Docker container.

I'm definitely interested in the app but I'd like to be sure it is working at least partially as advertised in the README.md.
