Command line options do not seem to be functional

1. Used WinThumbsPreloader-1.0.1-setup.exe on Windows 10 Home

2. Command line:
   WinThumbsPreloader.exe -r DirectoryA

3. The program executes and returns to the command line almost immediately but the folder's images do not have the thumbnails generated.

4. Right-clicking a folder works fine.
