SVG files cause hanging

Hi, just would like to let you know that SVG files (at least in Windows 11 22H2 clean install up to date) is causing WinThumbsPreloader to hang and blocks progress. Hopefully you can update this useful tool with a fix. Cheers

Might be something to do with MS Powertoys SVG previewer plugin.

Funny enough, i was about to recommend using that to generate the thumbnails to begin with. Regardless, while i also use powertoys, i believe this issue was there even before i installed it.
