I think this is beyond the scope of what this tool is supposed to do, plus there are better tools out there like xnview that lets you convert folders in bulk into jpegs of any size.

@Qyet You could use Thumbcache Viewer to go through the thumbnail cache in %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer usually in thumbcache_256.db and save any thumbnail inside to a folder.
