Switch from Cloudflare SSL to Github Pages SSL

I recently did this for https://github.com/bryanbraun/poor-mans-styleguide, so I can reference its DNS settings when doing it for my main domain.

Keep in mind, it can be a little tricky to enable HTTPS for old repos; apart from using the latest GitHub IPs in DNS, you might need to delete the CNAME and re-commit it. I'd still use CloudFlare for the extra features they provide, personally :)
