Feature request: Native OpenPGP support / plugin

Hi,

Bulwark already has strong S/MIME support and an extensible plugin system, but currently there seems to be no OpenPGP integration.

I'd love to see either:

• native OpenPGP support
• or an official/community plugin API example for OpenPGP workflows

Useful features could include:

• OpenPGP message encryption/decryption
• signing and signature verification
• WKD support
• key discovery/import
• per-identity key management
• browser-side crypto using OpenPGP.js
• compatibility with existing GnuPG/OpenKeychain workflows

For privacy-focused self-hosters, OpenPGP support would make Bulwark significantly more attractive as a modern alternative to Thunderbird + Enigmail/Mailvelope setups.

It's no hurry i think. but it would be nice if it was there, because stalwart has the capability of encrypting mails to disk.
