[Feature]: Make colors configurable for shared calendars on the receivers end as well

Problem / Motivation

Currently when I want to share a calendar with somebody else, they will receive the calendar - this works great.

But if I have several shared calendars, and all have chosen the same color, it gets quite confusing. I myself cannot change the color of shared calendars.

Proposed Solution

Make the calendar color a part of each calendar it is shown in. So each person the calendar is shared with can choose their own color for the calendar.

If this has to be done within stalwart I'll open the feature request there.

I think this is how thunderbird also handles it.

Outlook just assigns random colors from a scheme.

Random colour but overwriteable?

I think I like random color that isn't used yet from a palette a bit better than overwriteable.

Having both options - That would be the best of both worlds!
