Hi! I have built this on macOS 15.6 m4 but have Error: nilError even with the test image files in this repo. I asked gemini cli to fix it and finally it works.
I'm not going to create a pull request because i don't know swift at all, it works only for myself and i don't test it a lot. But you may have a look at my fork happyTonakai@2fe84f0 and find anything useful to fix this error.
