[ITE][Admin][Contract control] Fix lại message validation khi add/update package

Step:

1. Login vào admin site + connect ví
2. Tại menu, click Contract control
3. Update 1 package bất kì
   Tại form Update Staking Package:
4. Nhập Lock period = 1461 -> click Send transaction
5. Nhập APY = 0 -> click Send transaction

Actual:
Tại 4: Đang hiển thị error message chưa phù hợp

Tại 5: Đang hiển thị error message chưa phù hợp

Expected:
Tại 4: Hiển thị error message: "Lock period must be between 1 and 1460 days."
Tại 5: Hiển thị error message: "APY must be greater than 0"
