Bug Description
agent loops when creating file descriptively with no 'edit' parameter.
Steps to Reproduce
Expected Behavior
File either created (if does not exists) and tells agent to use the edit feature next time, or if file already exiosts, says that it needs both the file_name AND edit parameter, and to read the file if not sure what is there.
