While expo/fetch has been available for a bit, in Expo 56 it is by default installed as the global fetch handler.

Hi @mgray88!
The problem is that Expo Fetch doesn't push Network.* events into the existing Network stack used by the built-in fetch. Instead, it sideloads them into its own proprietary Expo Network stack. I'll see if there's a way to make it work with Rozenite. Hopefully, I'll find one.

I think we can monkey-patch fetch in a way that works for both the built-in fetch and Expo Fetch. I'll follow up with a PR soon 👍
