Feature request: user-defined sorting in Kanban

I have a certain process for sorting tasks, that doesn't exactly fit into the world of property-based sorting criteria. Basically I'd like to see a behavior similar to Trello/Jira, where cards can be sorted manually in a user-desired order using drag-n-drop.

As an idea for implementation - a dedicated prop initialized with uuid, sorting order tracked in a json or some such.

@callumalpass hey, sorry to bother, I wanted to discuss with you if there are any plans to implement something like this. I really need this and I'm down to write the code and file a PR, but wanted to hear your thoughts first.

Hey @inviter42 . I have though about this feature in the past, but I haven't come up with a way to implement that feels natural and intuitive. I'm curious what your ideas are. The main problem that I see is the storage of sorting info. When tasks can be presented across many different bases views, it seems to me difficult to imagine how we might record the manually determined position. But please let me know what you're thinking!
