Upgrading to Commonalities 0.7

Problem description

Commonalities is upgrading it's API guidelines. A first pre-release is available (Commonalities r4.1), which requires review and modifications of the service APIs.

Expected behavior

• Review (Commonalities r4.1).
• Potentially, provide feedback to Commonalities. (r4.1 is a pre-release and can be modified, when justified)
• Discuss required modifications on the Dedicated Networks APIs.
