Export trading history

Have a button to download a CSV report containing your trading history. Ideally, the user would be able to select the timeframe before downloading. This should probably use a web worker to avoid it blocking the client in cases where the amount of items to export is big.

I would like to work on this issue. I see PR #116 is already open; if you prefer to evaluate that first, no worries. I also have a local patch ready that adds a History toolbar export action, lets users select an optional from/to date range, fetches matching history pages, yields during CSV formatting for larger exports, and downloads a CSV with the current history fields.

For "Export trading history", I will start by reproducing the reported issue first, then applying a focused fix with clear validation.
Target: draft PR in ~8h.
Deliverables: repro + root-cause summary; focused patch (plus tests/docs if needed); review-ready PR with validation notes.
