Panel scrollbars do not appear on Firefox

We have custom scrollbars for the Markets and Positions/Orders/History panels and they are always visible to give the user a sense of where they are in the list.

However, on Firefox, these scrollbars are only appearing when the user scrolls. Otherwise works well on Webkit.

For Windows 11 users, Firefox respects the Windows setting. Open settings app and search for "always show scroll bars" to change it.

I turned the on "Always show scrollbar" from my windows settings and now the scrollbar is always active
