Add Provider Logging #5
Description
Support async logging from providers back into deployments by adding some form of logs to the deployments object. This is necessary to provide feedback to the user about the progress of their deployment and the outcome (success/failure) as right now there is no feedback.
Might be worth adding global "events" that can be tracked to a deployment and user. This also would help with general logging/audit purposes.
