Zenodo script broken

The new commit message format breaks the Zenodo script, unfortunately.

It still only works if an update is made on the eighth of the month I believe. We can run a it as a Cron job instead, but I hadn't gotten to that point.

We should probably save the backup script with the code at some point too, right now it's with the static data
