Steps to reproduce

1. Visit https://healthsecuritynet.org/info/documentation/
2. Scroll down to heading "Global" and find paragraph that begins "Global sources were reviewed for relevant documents"
3. In the fourth list item beneath that paragraph, click the URL https://www.oie.int/about-us/key-texts/resolutions-and-recommendations/resolutions-adopted-by-the-world-assembly-of-delegates-of-the-oie/
4. Notice that the URL leads to a 404 page

Possible solutions

• Request different URL from research team
• Possibly use this URL which seems to be the intended content: https://www.oie.int/en/who-we-are/structure/framework/resolutions-and-recommendations/resolutions-adopted-by-the-world-assembly-of-delegates-of-the-oie/
