Zscaler blurb not processed by Markdown

Describe the bug

The Zscaler blurb (found at the bottom of this page) does not get rendered with Markdown and therefore renders as a wall of text. This was updated recently in this PR.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to this page.
2. Scroll to bottom
3. See error

Expected behavior

Better rendered visual display.
