CA Version 1.2.2: library apparently incompatible with EPICS 7

Version 1.2.2 of the CA library generates warning messages on the consoles of SoftIOC's running EPICS 7. The message looks like this:

This is due to a bug in the CA library which is fixed in the latest release (Version 1.3.2).
