Implement new Versioning System
Integrate higher and lower version check correctly
Implement check for CB Version to also let people know that the running on older / newer bukkit version

I THINK this is part of this issue...the plugin is stating that it is out of date, then proceeds to tell me that the version I have is 2.2 (correct) and that the latest version is 2.0 (incorrect).

hmm could you post the log, could be that I f** something up.. or need to clarify the stuff a little bit more..
