Work out how to supply 9V and 5V to the board respectively for the wax stylus

At the moment you need 9V minimum to supply the syringe with enough power to fully melt the wax

There's a 12V out on the eleksmaker so we could incorporate a step down circuit that would supply:
the Arduino with 3V
the stepper with 5V
the syringe with 9V
