Gerber generation error – Missing Keepout / Board Outline (GKO / GM1 / OUTLINE)

Hi there!

I uploaded the Gerber files from this project to PCBWay for production and encountered the following error during the review:
“Failed reason: Lack of the Keepout layer (Board Outline), please add it in GKO/GM1/OUTLINE Layer.”

My goal is to manufacture a batch of this board via PCBWay, so I will need the correct board outline/keepout layer included in the Gerbers.

Could you please help by:

Confirming which CAD tool was used for the PCB design and Gerber generation.

Verifying and adding a proper board outline (keep‐out) layer mapped to GKO, GM1, or OUTLINE as required by PCBWay.

If possible, providing a corrected Gerber zip ready for submission to PCBWay.

I have the same problem. I wanted to manufacture the board via JLCPCB and got the message "Hi Sir/ Madam, there is no board outline in your file, please kindly check it!".

Could you please provide the file RfClownV2-pcb.GBR with the board outline.
