It seems that Blender 5.0 removed the not node based materials. When the viewport is in solid mode it shows the correct colors of the buidlings. In material preview, render mode or exported files it does not. As a workaround the color can be manually set in the respective nodes. The color value for the solid view mode can be found in the Shader Editor under Options -> Viewport Display.
