[Feature] Add multi-select support for tweaks

Would it be possible to add multi-select support for tweaks on Windows?

Right now tweaks can only be added one by one, which becomes inconvenient when injecting multiple .dylib or bundle files. It would be much more user-friendly if the file picker allowed selecting multiple tweaks at once.
