Request to downgrade Clarius App and firmware to version 10.x

Dear Clarius Support Team,

Could you please provide the Clarius App version 10.x and corresponding firmware compatible with that release?
We would like to downgrade from version 12.2.1 to ensure compatibility with our current setup.

Please share the required files or instructions for performing the downgrade safely.
