Data visualization

I have to select some structures of the information. There is any way to visualize the structure, in Matlab or python, in a similar way that it's displayed on the app?

The raw data is in polar co-ordinates, we do not have any matlab or python for cartesian conversion, but you can use the meta data files to pull out radius, pitch, etc to write the code.
