[Bug] error logs after /undo

Description

After undo a prompt, there is always some error log appearing in the opencode(cli) looks like this image:

Steps to Reproduce

1. /undo in opencode

Expected Behavior

That's very nice if /undo could remove the related memory from the prompt. At least, pls do not show those error log.

Actual Behavior

no error log.

Environment

Analysis

I've investigated this and found the root cause.

What's happening

When /undo is executed, OpenCode removes the last message exchange and re-fires hooks on the reverted session state. open-mem has no undo awareness — all hooks are one-way (capture only, no retraction), so they may attempt to process orphaned data. Any errors from processing are logged via raw console.error() calls.

The codebase has 18 console.error("[open-mem] ...") calls across 5 hook files and 5 utility files. None of them respect the existing config.logLevel setting (which defaults to "warn" but was never implemented as a filter).

The fix approach

A minimal defensive fix (PR coming shortly):

1. Logger utility — A lightweight logger that respects config.logLevel. Hook errors are classified as warn or debug (never truly fatal since hooks catch and recover). At the default "warn" level, cosmetic errors (gitignore, AGENTS.md) are suppressed; operational warnings still show.

2. Error reclassification — Hook errors shift from console.error → logger.warn since they're caught-and-recovered, not fatal. Cosmetic errors (gitignore writes, folder context) shift to logger.debug. This means at default settings, most noise disappears. Users who want zero output can set logLevel: "error" in config.

3. PendingMessageRepository.deleteBySessionId() — New method to clean up orphaned pending messages for a session, preparing for future undo integration.

What this won't fix

Full undo support (removing observations created from an undone message) requires OpenCode to emit an undo event type that plugins can subscribe to. The current OpenCode plugin API (Hooks interface) doesn't have this. Once OpenCode adds an undo hook, open-mem can use deleteBySessionId() to clean up properly.

Workaround until the PR is merged

Set logLevel: "error" in your open-mem config to suppress non-critical logs.
