Maximal count of messages that can be send in a single @delayed #29

As we already discussed
Another useful thing would be a setting to limit the maximal count of messages that can be send in a single @delayed message as there might be devices with memory constraints that will not be able to hold tousands of those messages in memory.
I'll create an issue on this
