Support for BigDecimal and BigInteger

In the current EMF library there is definition for BigDecimal and BigInteger in the model.ecore

It would be nice if EMF4GWT can be in sync with that.

Yeah, there really ought to be a GWT component. For now, you can just use 'Core'.
