[ReReco machine] Invalidation operation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:

This feature request is about adding a function that can invalidate a certain rereco campaign.

E.g. in a recent rereco the GT was not correctly updated, hence the whole set of WFs need to be invalidated. Relying on Ops will be additionally troublesome and will require manual intervention. A similar function as for McM invalidation should be preferred.

Describe the solution you'd like:

A button that invalidates a campaign (or a sub-campaign) should be sufficient.

Describe alternatives you've considered:

The proposed feature should be straightforward so no alternatives here.
