We've moved these card files to CERNbox, so I agree you can delete https://github.com/cms-data/L1Trigger-TrackFindingTMTT . (The files are useful, as when many people are collaborating on an analysis using the several MC datasets, it saves them the trouble of all needing to independently create these card files).
