Add central repository support for custom examples

When creating custom SQL examples, the stored examples are created locally, but this makes it difficult to share with a team. It would be helpful to allow an admin to create examples and store them in a central repository such as an IFS folder where a team could subscribe and have easy access.

@forstie This was a cool idea that was brought up during PowerUp! Is this something that ACS supports? In the Custom Examples Directory option, I could see us first prompting for whether it is local or in the IFS and then loading those in accordingly. Thoughts?

ACS allows SQL scripts to be saved / accessed from the IFS or source physical file on an IBM i.
Currently, there is no synergy between those IBM i-based options and Insert from Examples or Projects.
I agree that there's a noteworthy gap in how a team can establish, share, improve team-wide SQL.
If you work on this, the IFS option looks a ton better than the source physical file method.
