support for glonass ?

Hi.

Thanks for the Particle library.

However, I recently tried the library with the receiver below, and at least where I live many of the strings from the device seems to be glonass, and start with $GNGGA

I'm currently using this modified tinygps library, maybe you could add the changes and publish this to the Particle library ?
