Support Resources That Fit In Multiple Categories

There are services such as [caniuse.com](https://caniuse.com/) and [free-programming-books](https://ebookfoundation.github.io/free-programming-books/) which fit into multiple categories (i.e. HTML, CSS and JavaScript). It would be great if there was a way to support these without adding them to each file.
