As a user, I'd like to manage country code mappings and standards through a UI.

A UI could provide features such as highlighting valid, missing, or conflicting mappings. New standards could also be added and any existing standards visualized. This would be a friendlier alternative to managing mappings rather than through a CSV file.

A UI would also allow an arbitrary internal mapping between standards to be made on the fly.
