I got version 3.1.1
which version of jquery do I need?

I know is too later for answer but maybe it can help to others people.
This error is caused by the loading order of the scripts.

The loading order is the next:

1. jQuery version

2. modernizr.custom.js

3. jquery.slicebox.js
