Training Update — March 29 2026

For anyone watching the repo and wondering why there haven't been recent pushes — here's where things stand.

ARIA is actively training on the ai-core server. Loss is descending consistently:

3.670 → 3.614 → 3.604 → 3.598 → 3.592 → 3.589 → 3.586

Floor stable confirmations are in the hundreds of thousands and climbing. The architecture is holding. The system is working.

The reason there are no new pushes yet is simple — we don't push until the weights are worth pushing. A checkpoint that hasn't proven itself doesn't belong in the repo. When loss hits the target and coherence is verified, the push happens. Not before.

What's coming:

• Trained weights when they clear the threshold
• Docker single-pull demo
• Expanded vocabulary with dual color plane updates

To the 186 unique cloners and everyone checking back — the project is alive. The work is real. It just takes the time it takes.
