Unable to download the latest Windows development build - Error 404 – Not Found

Hi there! I've been trying Flex and now was going to try Big Launcher, but the link to the latest Windows development build doesn't work, i got an error:

Error 404 – Not Found
GitHub produced an error for the download of artifact #3726206289.

Usually this means that the artifact has expired (>90 days).
