Author pages, links from author names, and a link for all authors #26
Description
Now that Computable is truly multi-author, it would be nice to add a few more features related to that:
- We should make an author page for each author.
- Author names should be links to their author pages.
- References to "the Computable AI authors should be a link to a page with all authors.
