The wsics_windows_x64_v1.0.zip file is missing and cannot be downloaded.

Hi, sorry for the late reply, I'm not entirely sure what corrupted it, but it seems I was unsubbed from this project as well. I'll be updating the windows binary soon. I've reuploaded the old file for now, but it suffers from the issue described in this ticket #8
