The way I understand it:
- in the ground truth table "PTMPos" is the position in the protein, and the names should be ignored and are confusing.
- in the StatsPep table "PTMPos" is the position on the peptide
- in the occupancy outputs of the simulation "PTMPos" is the position in the peptide, and there is a "ProteinPTMPos" that has the position in the protein
So: no real issue, but it can be a bit confusing for users
I propose either to:
- specify "ProteinPTMpos" and "PeptidePos" everywhere, but I see how it could create issues to rename these headers.
- provide a complete description of the headers in the different tables somewhere easy to find. I
